Update

This has been a good week. Barry really got into being Mr. Mom with James. They had a lot of bonding time. Barry also turned another year older on Friday. James got him a really cool daddy card and a nice daddy shirt. Barry is wearing it proudly today. I enjoyed being back around adult conversation during the day, but I am still not looking forward to him being at daycare all day. We are going to ease into that roll. Here are some new pictures of James he is growing like a weed. We go back to the pediatrician for his one month check up on Wednesday even though he'll be six weeks old on Thursday. Go figure! James went to small group with us for the first time last Sunday. Here he is with Princess Caroline and "Aunt" Angie.

James got this really cool Bumbo chair from Ms. Marie in Pennsylvania. He still needs better neck control, but daddy wanted to try it out. Cousin Quinlin does much better in it, and Aunt Gwen is going to buy one this week for him. Thanks Ms. Marie!

New family picture. It's a little better than the one at the hospital. We are still planning to have some professional pictures taken soon.
